What do I do if my order arrives damaged or has missing items?Updated 24 days ago

While we take great care to ensure that your goPure Beauty products are packed safely and securely on their journey to you, some factors like shipping and handling are beyond our control. If there are any issues regarding the products received in your order, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently: 


  1. For damaged items and quality issues: please provide us with detailed photos of the product(s), including the batch code (located on the bottom of the product), for quality assurance. 


  1. For missing/incorrect items: please provide us with detailed photos of how the order was received and the shipping box with the label and all products.  


Photos allow us to share your feedback directly with our Fulfillment or Product Teams and carriers to investigate further or prevent this from happening in the future.
