What do I do if my order arrives damaged or has missing items?Updated a day ago

We’re so sorry something wasn’t right with your order — we’re here to make it right as quickly as possible.

While we take great care in packing your goPure products, occasional issues during shipping can happen. If your order arrived damaged, defective, missing an item(s), or with the wrong product(s), please report it using the contact form or reach out to us at [email protected] with the following details:

For Damaged, Defective Item(s) or Quality Issues:

  • Clear photos of the product(s)

  • A photo of the batch code (found on the bottom of the product)

  • A description of what's wrong with the item(s)

  • Order number

For Missing or Incorrect Items:

Before reporting a missing item, please double-check your tracking information — sometimes orders are shipped in multiple packages, and items may arrive separately. If this doesn't apply, please reach out to us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • A photo of the shipping box with the label visible

  • A photo showing everything you received in the package

  • A description of any incorrect item(s) received or item(s) you're missing

  • Order number

These details help us escalate the issue to our Fulfillment and Product Teams for investigation and improvement, and they allow us to resolve your case quickly.
