To subscribe, choose subscribe & save before adding your item to the cart. Please see the screenshot below:

From there, you may choose the frequency (30 or 60) and quantity then click Add to Cart. If there are more items you would like to order and subscribe to, just do the same steps. You can choose different frequencies per product or kit.
