My package says delivered but I can’t find itUpdated 22 days ago

Don’t panic! Carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Here are a few steps we recommend:

1. Check with family members, roommates, neighbors, or your front desk/mailroom to see if someone accepted the package on your behalf.
2. Look around your property, including parcel lockers, side doors, garages, or other secure delivery locations.
3. Wait 24–48 hours, as packages can sometimes arrive shortly after being marked as delivered.
