How do I update the shipping address for my subscription?Updated a month ago
To update the shipping address for your subscription, you’ll need to make the change directly within the subscription portal.
To update your subscription shipping address:
- Log into your GOPURE account
- Click on “My Subscription”
- Select the subscription you’d like to update and click “Manage”
- Scroll down to “Subscription Details”
- Click “Update” next to the shipping address section
Please note: Updating the address under your “My Details” account section will not update the shipping address tied to your active subscriptions. Subscription addresses must be updated separately within each subscription.
