Starting a return is quick and easy!

If you made an order on our website and need to start a return, you can submit your return request here: https://track.gopure.com/returns.  

To get started you will need to enter your order number (example: GP3815870) and your zip code. Once submitted, you’ll be guided through the next steps of the return process.

Orders Placed on TikTok or Amazon:

For orders placed through TikTok or Amazon, returns must be submitted through that platform:

1. Go to your order history

2. Locate the order you want to return

3. Select “Refund Request”

4. Choose the product

5. Select the reason for return
