Starting a return is quick and easy!

If you need to start a return, refund, or exchange, you can submit your refund request here - https://track.gopure.com/returns.  Please enter your order number (example: GP3815870) and zip code to initiate the return. 

Orders Placed on TikTok or Amazon:

For orders placed through TikTok or Amazon, returns must be submitted through that platform:

1. Go to your order history

2. Locate the order you want to return

3. Select “Refund Request”

4. Choose the product

5. Select the reason for return
