How do I reschedule my next shipment?Updated a month ago
You can reschedule your next shipment to a date that works best for you. This is especially helpful if you’re traveling and want your order to arrive before you leave or after you return.
To reschedule your next shipment date:
- Log into your GOPURE account
- Click on “My Subscription”
- Select the active subscription you’d like to update and click “Manage”
- Click the dropdown arrow next to “Next Order: [date]”
- Select your preferred shipment date and click “Confirm”
Your next shipment date will be updated to the date you selected.
