You’re in full control of your subscription and can easily manage it anytime by logging into your subscription portal here
Here’s what you can do:
Skip an order – If you don’t need your next shipment, you can skip it with one click.
Pause your subscription – Take a break for as long as you need and resume when you’re ready.
Change frequency – Adjust how often you receive shipments (30, 60, 90 days).
Add or remove products – Customize your subscription box by adding or removing items.
Update your details – Edit your shipping address, payment method, or order date.
⚠️ Important:
All subscription changes — including skips, pauses, and cancellations — must be made at least 1 day before your scheduled billing date listed on your subscription.
If edits are made before your rebill date → They will apply to your upcoming shipment.
If edits are made on or after your rebill date → That shipment will still process as scheduled, and your changes will take effect for the next cycle.
Here's how to manage it:
1. Log in to your account by clicking here, then heading over to "My Subscription".
Here, you will see all of your active subscriptions at the top and inactive subscriptions at the bottom. To make changes: Click "View Details"
On the next page, you'll be able to make changes to your order, which includes:
Order Now – Need your products sooner? You can ship your next order immediately.
Skip – Want to skip this cycle? You can skip the upcoming order entirely or just one product in your order.
Reschedule – Pick a specific future date for your next delivery.
Delay – Need a little extra time? Push your delivery out by 7, 15, or 30 days with the delay option.
Within your subscription management view, you can also:
Edit your payment method and shipping address
Update the products in your subscription (swap, add, or remove items)
Pause your subscription if you need a temporary break
Cancel your subscription at any time
All changes can be made directly through your account.
