How can I swap a product in my subscription for something else?Updated a month ago

You can swap out products in your subscription at any time if something is no longer working for you or you just want to try something new.

To swap a product in your subscription:

1. Log into your GOPURE account
2. Click on “My Subscription”
3. Select the active subscription you’d like to update and click “Manage”
4. Scroll down to “Subscription Details” and locate the product you’d like to change
5. Click “Edit” next to the product
6. Select “Swap Product” and choose the item you’d like instead

Your subscription will update immediately once the change is confirmed.
