We start processing orders right away so we can get your products to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, we're unable to cancel orders or make changes to shipping addresses or items once the order is placed.
Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?
Once your order ships and you receive your tracking info, you may be able to:
Contact the shipping carrier directly to request an address update or for your order to be forward to the correct address
Ask the carrier to hold the package at a local pickup location
