Why do I see an unexpected charge? Try Before You BuyUpdated 2 days ago

When you place a Try Before You Buy order, you may see a temporary $1.00 authorization hold on your card. This is not a charge; it is used to verify your payment method securely.

The authorization helps us:

  • Confirm your card is active and valid
  • Protect against fraudulent transactions
  • Ensure your payment method can be charged if you choose to keep your items

You will only be charged for the products you keep after your 14-day trial period ends.

The $1.00 authorization will automatically disappear or be released by your bank, typically within a few business days, depending on your financial institution's policies.
